Compare and contrast 2

I just finished The Body In the Woods. So I am going to compare it to my old book Origami Yoda. I'm going to start with similarities. One of the biggest similarities is that both book are fictional and mystery. Origami Yoda is about trying to figure out if the paper puppet yoda is real or just a hoax so the main character can find out if a girl would go to the dance with him if he asked her. So the main character Tommy goes through all the people he help to see if he really did fix there problems.

 The Body in the Woods is a darker mystery because it about 3 kids who find a dead body in the woods. It a pretty strait forward title. So they go on the hunt for the kill. 3 girls die before they find the killer. Read the book to find out who killed the girls. 

A similaritie is that both book have a character who doesn't fit in with everybody. Dilwight from origami yoda and Ruby, Alixes, and Nick from The Body in the Woods. Diilwight isn't the one who made origami and before that he was weird. He would were his underwear out of his pant like a super hero and ask people to call him Captain Dilwight.  Ruby had a lot of ideas and loved to explore, but never know how to fit in. Nick as a self confidence problem and Alexis covering for her moms illness. 

So that enough about similarities how about some thing that are different. Well like I saided before The Body in the Wood is a dark mystery with death. Origami yoda is a light hearted story for kids. In origami yoda there is just one person try to figure out the mystery, but in The Body in the Wood there are three kid try to solve the mystery. The Body in the Wood as a lot more twist and turn to make it more exciting. Origami yoda only as about one twist. So that my compare and contrast on origami yoda and The Body in the Wood.

The body in the woods plot

I'm half way through my new book. It has very major events thought the book. The first time is when they discovered body in the wood while looking for someone else. This sets up the story for the three kids. Then the cops came and Ruby one of the three kids who discovered the body think it is a serial killer because a week back a black old women died strangeled like the girl. The cop don't believe her because the two victims are from different races. This may not seem like a connection, but this soon leads to the second major event. At this point in the book the killer as struck again this time an Asian girl. Then when Ruby trying to figure out what the connection is and when she say it out loud  Alexis figures it out. That the killer wants a Collection of each race so then they go looking for a Hispanic girl who is homeless. So that as far has I got.

The body in the wood summary

The body in the wood is a straight forward title. It about three kids with there problems find a body in the woods. The three kids name our Nick, Alexis, and Ruby. They find the body in the woods while in the wood look for another person bob. After Alexis blow the whistle Ruby and Nick come running to see Alexis on the ground and a dead girls. Ruby goes to inspect the body. While Ruby walking slow to the body she noticed a boot print in the floor. Alexis call the forest police and tell them they found a body. When they finally show up one of the Doctor steps on the sheo print and destroyer the evidence. Later that day they say that the girls death was a homicide. Ruby think it a serial killers because a old, poor, black women died a couple day before the girls. The officers ignores her. So then Ruby, Alexis, and Nick go on there own investigation. So that as far as I've got. 

Lemonade

A way I can make different is by doing charity. I could sell candy then donate the money to sick kids.  Could also help by helping at pantrys and help clean up the earth. I also can go out and help people. Like homeless people or I can go and help stop gun violence in Chicago. I could also start a fun rasier and maybe make basketball game between students vs staff. I could go to church and help with there problems. 

The Body in the Woods theme

I just started my new book The Body in the Woods. Even through I haven't finished it I think I know what the the theme is. I readed the back of the book and it talk about three kids names Alexis, Nick, and Ruby. There three kids who each have there own problem. Alexis is all way caring for he mom and never goes out side. Ruby want to go to the outside world, but nobody really understands her. Nick has a self confidence problem. So I think they are going to help each other solve each other problem as they solve the mystery of the dead body in the woods. So I think the theme of this book is going to be is no madder how different you are you should always try to be the best you, but that only my thoughts on the book so far. It mighty be something completely different. 

Lebron James

I just finished my new book Lebron James. It about this super awesome basketball star who rose to the top. It start about how Lebron James started as a little kid. His dad had left and his mom was living with her mother. They moved around a lot. Lebron was natural gifted with basketball. He started his first basketball game on a student vs. teacher match were he made his first dunk. Lebron also loved charity. He often donate a lot of money to kid and homeless shelter. Lebron is also know as the next Michael Jordan. On Micheal Jordan's first pro game he made 16 point, six rebounds and seven assists. Lebron James made 22 points, 11 rebounds, six assists. So Lebron already show just with his first pro game that he going to make it big. I thought it was amazing how he made it to the big leagues at such a young age. It also amazing that Lebron dunk when he was in eighth grade. Im in eighth grade and the best basketball player in my grade can't dunk. So that my thought on Lebron James.  

I'll be finding similarities and difference Al Capone does my shirts and no summit out of sight. One big main similarity is that both story take place in a real place. Al Capone take place on Alcatraz and No Summit Out of Sight takes place on Mount Everest and more. The difference is that Al Capone is that it a fake story or non fiction book. when no summit out of sight is a a true story. Another difference is this about a kid name Moose to make through living on an island with the worst criminals alive. In No Summit Out Of Sight is about a kid named Jordan who is trying to climb all seven summits, but in a way Moose is also trying to climb his own mountain of Alcatraz. what I mean is he is trying to live with the idea of living with criminals. A similarity is that it both about kids trying to survive in bad conditions. Moose try to learn to live in a prison where he feels like a prisoner. Jordan try to survive in ice cold temperature where every step could mean death. So that was my similarities and difference between Al Capone Does My Shirts and No Summit Out Of Sight.
